Thank you for visiting my site!

I am Lou art director, designer and problem solver. I have designed tiny logos for a one person start-up to annual reports for a financial giant such as Vanguard. As a freelancer I designed endless amounts of content for Fortune 500 companies to start-ups.

Over the course of my career, I've had the privilege of working alongside incredible teams, business owners, editors, and entrepreneurs, constantly learning and evolving through close collaboration with multiple creative directors.

My early experience was rooted in print design, where I served as a publication designer and art director for prominent lifestyle magazines DEPARTURES—an American Express publication emphasizing luxury and travel; and OCEAN DRIVE—a magazine capturing the upscale lifestyle of Miami. At these publications, I contributed to award-winning design teams that helped generate millions of dollars in annual advertising revenue. This foundation equipped me with the skills and discipline needed for later work with agencies and brand clients across diverse industries.

More recently, I’ve worked as a contract designer for IMPRINT, an award-winning, digital-first content marketing agency. At Imprint I've had the opportunity to design for some of the most prestigious American financial institutions including Wells Fargo, Vanguard, T. Rowe Price, Fisher Investments and others—developing smart, strategic, and visually cohesive designs that support business goals at the highest level.

In addition to agency work, I’ve consulted as an art director with TERRAMETTA, providing brand and design guidance for their international apparel clients, and with Propeller Industries, a fintech firm, ensuring all creative outputs are visually compelling and on-brand.

I'm always open to new opportunities and collaborations—feel free to reach out if you’re interested in working together on something impactful and exciting.
